Beth and Doug were great throughout the process of selling our home on Marco Island. They were very attentive, professional and always there to answer our questions. They did a great job listing our house, very professional brochures photos and internet listing. Most importantly they had our home under contract for close to asking price in a very short time. They continued looking after our interests all the way through closing. Great job.

I loved working with Beth and would highly recommend her. She was very knowledgeable for not only Marco Island but answered many questions about Naples and Sanibel also. This was my first time to buy in the Florida area and she and her staff helped me through negotiations and inspections without any stress or worries for me. When we mentioned to a friend that we were interested in finding a place of our own in the Marco/Naples area, he immediatley suggested calling Beth and Doug Smith. "You'll love them, they're great!" Having only a minimal acquaintance with the area we were in great need of seeing a variety of different settings 1) in order to get the lay of the land, and 2) help us determine where we felt most comfortable. Both Doug and Beth were amazingly insightful in helping us explore . We were both impressed with their knowledge of the Naples area and their ability to understanding our (sometimes quirky) personal preferences. Although we went home without purchasing, Doug kept us in the loop. When our favorite property underwent a price reduction, he called us immediately. We made an offer, which was in the ballpark, but no home run. That's when Doug went to bat. He managed to get us everything we wanted at a price that was within our comfort zone. Impressive. But a signed contract is only the beginning of the process. This is where Beth truly shines. She walked me through everything I would need to do on this end, developed a timeline, so I would know what I needed to do and when. and was an excellent resource for all the support staff I would need; law offices, insurance agencies, management companies, HOA personell, etc. We either spoke, texted, or emailed several times a week. She is patient, a problem solver and an effective communicator. Well done, Beth. And to our friend, we will have to admit, he was absolutely right. All in all, an outstanding team and a rewarding experience.
