We are currently residents in Massachusetts who were looking to purchase a condo in Marco to enjoy when we retire. We contacted Beth, told her the specifics of what we wanted and immediately got an email with several listings. The very first one we looked at ended up being the one we purchased. Beth didn't waste our time sending listings that were above our price range, in the wrong location or with different criteria that we had specified. She had listened to our requests and found the perfect place immediately! Living out of state could have been a challenge as well, but the entire process went flawlessly. We met Lisa a few tears ago and she spent time showing us around the island and a few properties knowing we were not in a position to buy at that point. This year when we reached out to her she spent time learning our needs and identifying potential properties. Beth had to take over for Lisa and she was amazing.
